3-AXIS HOSE WRAPPER
Hose wrapping machine troubleshooting, Parker 6K4 motion controller, touchscreen and 12’ Daedal belt drive, Yaskawa Sigma II Servo drives, motors. Three axis; X - Theta - Theta Prime with following and recipe date table.
Old 24VDC power supply blew up and took out the 6K4 controller and CTC touchscreen with it; diagnosed, repaired, reprogrammed and recommissioned.
3-AXIS EPOXY DISPENSER
XX-Y-Z system for 3D epoxy dispensing on solar panel array bonding to a nose cone curved surface. The mechanics were provided complete with transition plates and cable carriers, assembled and tested. Parker IEC61131 Codesys Pac Controller with EtherCat servo drives and Visualization for HMI and controls. DXF files converted to G-Code within the PAC controller for motion and visualization.
EtherCat controller with CNC option was used for tool path visualization. DXF files are imported directly and converted to G-code to apply epoxy patterns.
3-AXIS HOLOGRAPHIC PRINTER
X-Theta-Theta' system uses Parker 6K controller Aries drives with Visual Basic interface to print arrays of holographic image masters with UV curing system design successfully sized, configured, programmed and commissioned.
4-AXIS SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY AND TEST
Shock absorber dyno/assembly
and test system. 4-axis servo system
with heavy-duty, Parker XFC roller-screw high-speed electric
cylinder. EtherCat controller communicating to A/B SCADA system assemble, fills oil, positions, tests and logs data.
Successfully sized, configured, programmed and commissioned.
3-AXIS XY-THETA WHEEL DEBURING
Wheel positioning X-Y-Theta using Parker HMR X-Y ball screw stages, Parker Bayside gearheads and a Camco servo indexer for theta rotation. Customer, robot integrator uses vision system to position the wheel for deburring process. Sized and configured mechanics to customer spec.
